Privacy Policy – HPRA RVU Tracker Extension

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 13, 2026

HPRA RVU Tracker is a Chrome extension for High Plains Radiology Associates that displays a radiologist’s own RVU productivity figures in a browser side panel. It reads the signed-in user’s display name from the PACS interface and requests that user’s statistics from HPRA’s RadDashboard server. It does not access patient records, images, reports, or worklists, and it uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.

What Data We Collect

Three things, all stored locally in your browser:

  • Your name — the signed-in radiologist’s display name, read from the PACS user widget so the extension knows whose figures to show.
  • Your settings — the RadDashboard server URL, your API key, and your timeframe, theme, and auto-refresh preferences.
  • Your productivity figures — the RVU totals, exam counts, and shift schedule returned by the RadDashboard server.

No patient information is read, stored, or transmitted.

How We Use Your Data

Your name and API key are sent only to the RadDashboard server address you configure, for the sole purpose of retrieving your own productivity statistics. Everything else stays in your browser’s local storage and is used only to render the panel.

Data Sharing

No data is shared with third parties. All data remains within HPRA’s secured systems. Nothing is sent to the extension’s developer, and no data is sold or used for any purpose beyond displaying your own productivity figures.

Data Removal

Uninstalling the extension deletes all locally stored settings and cached figures.
